Maybelline are a leader when it comes to drugstore mascara, and their mascaras are amazing (for example The Rocket, and The Mega Plush, 2 of my personal favourites from their volum' express range - and I miss them dearly). The next in to be tried and tested is The Falsies mascara.

Colab Dry Shampoo - London
The Colab Dry Shampoos were released near the end of last year as a collaboration with AModelRecommends (Ruth Crilly). I have watched some of Ruth's videos and I really like her so when I heard that she had a dry shampoo range coming out, I thought in for a penny, in for a pound.

L'Oreal Super Liner Black Crystals
I'm not the biggest fan of liquid eyeliners, we have an understanding, you stay away from me, I'll stay away from you. Thanks to a misunderstanding this liquid eyeliner found it's way into my basket.

#ManiMonday: Happily Evie After - Rimmel
Welcome to another Summer addition of #ManiMonday with Happily Evie After from Rimmel Salon Pro range.
This is a nice coral colour (the swatch photo just doesn't do it justice, no matter where I took it my camera turned it orange).
The polish applies really well to the nail, thanks to the large flat headed brush (it covers the nail fully). The polish became opaque on 2 coats and is such a great shade for Spring/ Summer.
The polish lasted for a really long time on the nails and I will be reapplying it again during the Summer months.
The polish can be found in your local Boots or Superdrug and retail for £4.49.
Thanks for tuning in.

N.Y.C. City Proof Twistable Lip Primer
This is the most recent release from N.Y.C. their lip primer, I have found with N.Y.C. that they can be a bit hit and miss so I thought I would give this a whirl.
On first impressions I just felt that it made my lips feel a bit too slick, so when I applied my lip product I did get the feeling that it was just going to slide off of my lips, but I persevered, and I am still on the fence with this.
I have found that on sheer shades this does make them a lot bolder and less sheer so that is a plus but I don't find that it makes my lipstick last longer then without having it on.
Overall it isn't a bad product but I don't think I would repurchase it again as it didn't really do that much for me.
The product retails for £3.49, and can be found at your local Superdrug or on their website HERE.
Thanks for tuning in

Soap & Glory SuperCat Eyeliner
I'm a big fan of eyeliner pens, to me they are just easier to use than liquid eyeliner, as you have more manageability with the pen rather than the brush. Soap & Glory have become one of my favourite brands of recent years, and here I have the SuperCat Eyeliner Pen for you.

GOSH Multicolour Blush Brick - Pink Pie
As you know since becoming a beauty blogger I have become a blusher fiend, so when I was in Superdrug and spotted this from the GOSH stand, it somehow ended up in my basket.
As stated on the Superdrug website, the powder contains 4 unique combinations of blusher, which also containts mica, which with the ultra-fine rounded powder particles creates a supple and even application to the face.
This blusher is very pigmented so you only need a tiny amount on your brush otherwise it is going to take a lot of blending in to calm it down. It also does give a nice sheen to the cheeks when applied, I have also found that you can also use each colour separately if you want to rather than using the whole palette.

I really liked this palette and there is also another blush shade in Bronze, this palette has found its way into my current makeup selection.
I would repurchase this palette again, and it retails for £7.99 (Superdrug normally have offers on the brand so keep an eye out and you can probably get it a bit cheaper), the blusher can be found at your local Superdrug or online HERE.

MaxFactor Facefinity All Day Flawless 3-in-1 Foundation - 40 Light Ivory
