Bourjois Java Rice Powder
As you know I am a fickle buyer when it comes to certain cosmetics, and this one sent my fickleness into overload.
I have been searching for this ever since it was released for Bourjois's 150th Birthday, and I managed to find it in Boots in the Meadowhall Shopping Centre in Sheffield.
This as you can gather is a face powder, and a loose one at that. Now I have to admit I am not a fan of loose powders as they get everywhere, and this one contains glitter too boot so big no no for me, but it actually works quite well. Upon opening the product it has a plastic covering that you spin round to fully open the product to get to the powder. This gives you more protection if the powder should ever try to make an escape for freedom in your bag.
When the powder was tapped out into the lid you didn't just get a massive avalanche of powder coming out it came out in small bursts so there was a lot of tapping on the tub.
This went onto the face really well, and gave off a shimmer in the light, this powder is great for a night out as the lights will reflect the glitter.
Overall a good powder, probably won't help oily skin so be weary with this but it is such pretty packaging.
Thanks for tuning in
Gemma

The vintage feel of it is really lovely, although I'm not sure it's enough to convince me since I usually stay away from loose powders :o) Xx

It was for me, I wouldn't take this out with me as it is such a fiddly item, but just to add on to give a bit of a shimmer to the face on a night.
